Asking hypothetical questions, can find weak points or areas where you are sourcing your self worth from external sources outside of your control.

The good news is, there are many things you can do to improve feelings of self-worth in the short term, medium term and long term.

Everybody is different and has individual circumstances contributing to their perceived level of self worth. That being said, look over your results and see if you can find a pattern or an area that stands out.
