See if you can name it, while being kind or neutral to what comes up – for example, frustration, hope, fear, uncertainty, gratitude, longing, overwhelm.

“What action can I take, that would reflect who I truly am, not just in response to how I feel in this moment?”
This avoids reactivity and aligns your actions with the authentic you.

“What wisdom can I bring to the table – for ‘being the authentic me’ more often – making better decisions and being a kind, loving partner?
